Bodywork
We offer a 60 or 90 minute Bodywork session. In this session we will evaluate the biomechanics of your body and see where your muscular imbalances and weaknesses are. If you have any injuries, we will evaluate the musculoskeletal movement patterns and determine where your pain points and weaknesses are. We will work through the muscle fibers to release pain, promote muscular health and get you moving properly again. We will prescribe a movement program for you to assist the healing journey of your body. The goal of our Bodywork Sessions is to assist the body to be relieved of pain, promote muscular health and proper movement either for sports performance, injury prevention or recovery, day to day life movement patterns or a specific goal or purpose. Personal Training
We offer Personal Training services that provide you either 30 or 60 minutes with a Personal Trainer. During your session, the Personal Trainer will teach you movements with proper technique, form, breathing, stretching and using the proper amount of weight according to your health and fitness goals. We offer Personal Training programs that provide you with 3 personal training sessions a week, a cardio schedule, a recommended sleep schedule, water intake and recommended vitamins and supplements. Nutrition Coaching
We offer a 60 minute Nutrition Coaching session. In this session we will discuss your current eating habits, your energy levels, caloric intake, macronutrient intake, your history with food and if you have any food allergies. From there we will discuss your options based on your needs and the programs we have to offer to help you make better nutrition choices, get educated, set health goals and reach your optimal health! Online Training
Are you looking to get healthy and fit and want to do it at the convenience of your own home or on your own schedule? We offer online personal training programs with options tailored to your own goals and needs, or you can jump on one of our already created programs for much less time commitment & cost than hiring us one on one. We value our time and yours and want to make sure you are getting what you need even if it is a simple 20 minute workout a day. We believe in efficiency and quality and want to help you get healthy & fit on your own schedule with quick, efficient workouts available with a few clicks. For in home workouts you need minimal equipment. We also offer gym workouts you can do at your local gym. Contact us for more information!
Life Coaching
Need a safe space to process life’s challenges and circumstances? We often find clients going after their bodies health and fitness are also facing mental and emotional obstacles and challenges as life can often throw curve balls or maybe things don’t turn out the way we hope or expect. It’s not about what happens to us, but how we respond to what happens to us. In our life coaching sessions, we create a space for you to feel heard, seen and understood in your process and pain. We also give you tools and strategies on how to overcome and become victorious in your own life. We offer practical wisdom and advice in how to manage life, face what is in front of you and a method of how to move forward after facing life’s challenges. We care about all of our clients and we opened up our life coaching for when a client needs more attention than we can offer in our other sessions.
